Description: This design was inspired by one of the greatest action movies to come out of the 80s. Commando. It has no morals, no lessons to teach, no political statements, just pure vengeance to the scumbags that kidnapped John Matrix's beloved daughter. He doesn't try to reason with the bad guys or take precautions like most action heroes would. He just goes on a rampage and kills everyone in sight until his daughter is safe in his arms again. Now that's a good daddy!
Description: Not to be confused with Costa Verde In Fiction. Val Verde is a fictional country or city used by Hollywood writer and producer Steven E. de Souza when his stories require a South- or Central-American locale that will not cause legal or diplomatic problems. The location first appeared in his 1985 film Commando. The name translates as "Green Valley", as "Val" is valley in numerous Latin-based languages (Portuguese, Italian, Spanish, old-fashioned French, Galician and others).
Description: If you ever want to drive anybody insane, ask them to catalog the deaths in 1985's Commando. The Arnold Schwarzenegger vehicle rcks up an estimated body count between 74 and 108, most of them courtesy of Schwarzenegger's murder machine John Matrix. It's difficult to track all of the mayhem in the film ... there are conflicting number all over the internet, figures further muddled by the demolition of several paramilitary barracks (housing who knows how many people?) in the climax. These numbers are my guesstimate.
Description: The Jeepster Commando is an automobile which was first produced by Kaiser Jeep in 1966 to compete with the International Scout, Toyota Land Cruiser and Ford Bronco. Four different models were available: a pickup truck, convertible, roadster and wagon. The Jeepster remained in production after American Motors Corporation (AMC) bought the Jeep line from Kaiser in 1970.
