Gruel, all day gruel.

“My faith is bigger than all I can see.” This line from the song by the David Crowder Band called “Let me feel you shine” is a great reminder that God is BIGGER than our circumstances. Romans 8:28 “We know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.” I pray that we would lean on you when we struggle to understand this world. We know we are called to higher things and that you are with us always!

1 Corinthians 6:11 “You were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.” Check out the great David Crowder Band song Remedy. I pray that we would allow Christ to heal all of our sin and sickness because He is the remedy.

“Shine your light so all can see it - Lift it up 'cause the whole world needs it - Love has come, what joy to hear it - He has overcome, He has overcome”. I love these words from the David Crowder Band song SMS (Shine). Matthew 5:16 says “...let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.” I pray that you would shine your light through us, and that even when the skies of our lives may be overcast we remember that you have overcome.

This line for the David Crowder Band’s song “How He Loves” really hits me! God’s grace is so vast, all encompassing and immeasurable that we just can’t wrap our heads around it. “If His grace is an ocean, we’re all sinking.” John 1:16-17 “For out of His fullness we have all received grace upon grace. For the Law was given through Moses, but grace and truth came through Jesus Christ.” I pray that you would thank God for His grace today.

This design is inspired by the line for the David Crowder Band’s song “Wholly Yours”. It speaks of redemption. Out of brokenness God desires to bring about healing and beauty. Psalm 147:3 “He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.” I pray that you would trust the Lord to make everything work for good in your life.
