There once was a lonely fish who swam in the blue-green waters of the local pond. He searched and searched for another of his kind. Alas, no other fish of his kind were to be found. Perhaps he could make friends with some of the other local fish?

Gone Fishing is a digital collage I made that tells the story of self sufficiency. It featuring a big vibrant fishy, a paper boat, a coconut tree, an eerie lake and stars shining bright like diamonds in the sky. This design was inspired by the popular saying “If you give a man a fish, you feed him for a day. If you teach a man to fish, you feed him for a lifetime.”
