Social Anxiety is disorder that makes you feel trapped inside your skin, that doesn’t able to express yourself at the fullest... it’s like a cage (represented by the dark forest also symbol of our greatest fears). If you see someone who is struggling or you know someone with it, help them. Even an hello could really make a difference.
