I honestly didn't know that these critters were called hippocampus. I had only ever heard of a hippocampus being a part of the brain. I love that I am still learning new things all the time.

This was intended to be a design for a stained glass work, but the artisan saw it and said: "All right, very nice, but I'm just learning the art... could you draw something I can really do now?"
