Koryu bujutsu are Japanese martial arts developed by many generations of samurai for actual use on the battlefield. They are the ancestors of modern Judo, Aikido and Kendo. They include the use of many traditional weapons and open hand techniques. I recreated a sketch by the famous Japanese painter Hokusai.
