This print is of an original hand drawn artwork of mine which is inspired by acoustic guitar singer songwriter Legend J Taylor. When drawing this piece I spent a lot of time on the composition, the style and the overall look of the drawing. Focusing on the 70s period of his career the original piece was drawn using a varitey of indian inks which gave me the capability to add in detailed and really fine line work in my drawing to ensure every fine line of hair, shading and texturing were included. Fantail/piwakawaka is one of the popular native birds in New Zealand. Despite its small body (about 11.5-21 cm long), they move around quite agilely while swinging the long tail that opens like a fan.

In Japan, you may see those lucky cat statues lazily waving raised paws in front of shops. They are believed to bring fortune to the owners - the cat rising the left paw brings more customers, and the cat rising the right paw brings more money.

This fountain pen tops and pink spot graphic art illustration is an origin of a Budapest based creative hub called Robin Design Studio. I'm sure it won't splash in the wrong place.

I dedicate this drawing to the wisdom of age. Old Greek Fisherman is an original pen & ink drawing on paper. The original measures 11.5" x 14". In 1979, I visited the island of Ios; a small island in Greece. While wandering through the village, I spotted this old greek man sitting alone in a cafe. I quickly snapped a photo of him. I used the photo as a reference for my drawing.

Whatever you know him as, wherever you know him from — the blockbuster movies, TV, video games, cartoons, or millions of comics. In 1919, a novelist named Johnston McCulley wrote a book entitled The Curse of Capistrano, which starred a fantastic swordsman named Zorro. In "The Mark of Zorro" starring Douglas Fairbanks (1920), and later a remake starring Tyrone Power, Zorro proved that he was not limited to novels. Actually, he and the screen were made for each other. Yet Zorro had yet to reach his peak. The character became a true classic when Walt Disney created a television series, starring Guy Williams as Don Diego/Zorro.
