Description: Created by pharmacist Charles Elmer Hires in 1876, Hires Root Beer is considered the first commercially successful root beer. Introduced as a "root tea" at the 1876 Philadelphia Centennial Exposition, it was marketed as a wholesome, natural, non-alcoholic beverage. Hires revolutionized the industry with powdered extract kits for home brewing and aggressive national advertising, quickly becoming a household name. Despite being widely popular, Hires eventually faded from mainstream shelves due to years of corporate consolidation, leaving behind a legacy as an American soda that was popular both in root beer floats and on its own. This design is based on the 1974 rebrand that gave the root beer labels a more modern look.
Description: Cerveza Chango is a beer featured in Robert Rodriguez films such as Desperado, From Dusk Till Dawn and Sin City. The beer is named after Chango, the Santeria Orisha of thunder, lightning, and gunpowder. You know it's a shady place if they serve Chango. Chango is a poor-quality beer. It's not improved by the facts that the staff at the Tarasco Bar not only serves it flat and warm, but also pees in each keg.

Description: Gruyère is a hard yellow Swiss cheese that originated in the cantons of Fribourg, Vaud, Neuchâtel, Jura, and Berne in Switzerland. It is named after the town of Gruyères. In 2001, Gruyère gained the appellation d'origine contrôlée (AOC, now AOP). Gruyère is classified as a Swiss-type or Alpine cheese, and is sweet but slightly salty, with a flavor that varies widely with age. It is often described as creamy and nutty when young, becoming more assertive, earthy, and complex as it matures. When fully aged (five months to a year), it tends to have small cracks that impart a slightly grainy texture. Gruyère cheese is generally known as one of the finest cheeses for baking, having a distinctive but not overpowering taste.
