After spending one year in Tbilisi, Georgia, I made a little illustration showing all the many aspects of life in this city.

I never knew what I had been missing out on my entire life until I finally came to Georgia. Georgian cuisine is some of the best in the world for the full hearty meal feeling. Potatoes, dumplings, bread, cheese- it doesn't get more satisfying than that. Georgian food is incredibly delicious, and if you can't eat it every day, you might as well wear it! This is an Adjarian khachapuri. There are many types of khachapuri (bread variations) in Georgia, but this exact one is from the Adjara region of Georgia. It is a bread boat, filled with cheese, butter, and an egg on top!
