This lovely is Lemon Meringue Pie! Based off a scrummy strawberry layered cheesecake. Topped with fresh strawberries and layered with strawberry compote, cream and a biscuit base. I came up with these Sweet Fairies a couple of years ago, and they are an ongoing project. I have 29 completed so far of all sorts of sweet treats from lots of different cultures (well I think so anyways). They are all in the style of a waitress/ maid for an extra cute factor.

Trifle, a classic English dessert, layers sponge cake, custard, fruit, and whipped cream, creating a delightful treat enjoyed on many occasions.
