Freaks is a 2018 American-Canadian science fiction thriller film written and directed by Zach Lipovsky and Adam Stein. Starring Emile Hirsch, Bruce Dern, Grace Park, Amanda Crew, and Lexy Kolker, the film follows a 7-year-old girl (Kolker) who leaves her home for the first time after being kept inside by her father (Hirsch). The film premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival on September 8, 2018 and was released commercially in North America on September 13, 2019, by Well Go USA Entertainment. It received positive reviews from critics, with Kolker's performance receiving praise.

ConSec is a weaponry and security systems company featured in the film Scanners. Scanners is a 1981 Canadian science-fiction horror film written and directed by David Cronenberg and starring Stephen Lack, Jennifer O'Neill, Michael Ironside, and Patrick McGoohan. In the film, "scanners" are people with unusual telepathic and telekinetic powers. ConSec, a purveyor of weaponry and security systems, searches out scanners to use them for its own purposes. The film's plot concerns the attempt by Darryl Revok (Ironside), a renegade scanner, to wage a war against ConSec. Another scanner, Cameron Vale (Lack), is dispatched by ConSec to stop Revok.

Jll (say Jah-ill) is one of the Sandia Mountain Information Station trainees. She is in training to work on one of the 6 person visiting teams that respond to invitations by Earth Humans who have studied the Telepathy 101 Primer (available for free on officialfirstcontact.com) and followed the protocols for CE5 contact.

How does one describe Zufu? The best way is to say this...he is a man continually in search of his next cup of hot t'ch (ta-Cha). That's coffee to us Earth humans. Zufu (also affectionately known as 'Fuzz' to Radar) spent years working in aquatic studies and surveys, and has only recently transferred to the Information Desk at the Sandia Mountain facility where he has quickly become a regular favorite with the Twitter locals. One wonders if a personal coffee maker might not make an excellent present for this young Pnti.

With a nod to the classic science fiction movie "2001" this is Radar, the Earth media specialist of the Sandia Mountain Information Station, with reflections in visor of his EVA suit's helmet just like the movie's character Dr. David "Dave" Bowman.

Beam is one of the female liaisons at the Sandia Mountain Information Station, and extraterrestrial facility 2 miles deep beneath the Sandia Mountain on the eastern edge of Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Jrooti was the first female P'nti that we were introduced to in late January, early February of 2015. Jrooti is one of their experienced cultural liaison and part of the all female mission team going out on CE5 visitation requests. Jrooti does not like her head cold and prefers the feel of silk scarves she has discovered here on Earth. In her off duty hours, Jrooti and other telepathic Star Nation friends visit the Amazon rain forest and telepathically merge with the large bird flocks there. They compete with each other forming moving images in the sky with thousands of birds at once in an art/sport called flykiting.

Beam is one of the female blended P'nti visiting liaisons who recently completed the training program at the Sandia Mountain Information Station.

Some things are what the P'nti call "universal joys"...something that brings a smile, a laugh, or an instinct to joyfully play that crosses species. Soap bubbles are one of those thing.

A Star Nation called the P'nti (say pon-tee) have been operating out of a facility beneath the Sandia Mountain in central New Mexico (USA) now for thousands of years. They have recently published a manual teaching Earth Humans how to improve their telepathic communication skills, as well as the protocol for inviting them for a visit. Say hello to Jrooti. No really - reach out and say hello. She's waiting to return the greeting to you, but she wonders...are you too afraid to reach out for someone who may not seem 'real' and convey a greeting? Hopefully not! Jrooti's mission at Sandia Mountain is Cultural Liaison, and that means getting Earth-humans ready to meet the Star Nations (specifically the Pnti), and getting them ready to meet Earth-humans. Who's behind that black stare? What manner of man is this? Part Jedi? Part Security Chief? Part...kitten rescuer in fuzzy slippers? Yes! To all of the above! This is Tht (Thought). He is the Head of Security for the Sandia Mountain Information Station and proud companion to "Lost Kitty - Hairball of Light," the weeks old kitten he rescued outside the station one day not long ago. Now this telekinesis wielding Security Head must protect his tender toes from the sharp claws of a playful kitten by wearing fuzzy bunny slippers. Surely, those lenses hide nothing but the kindest eyes in the galaxy, right? We may soon find out - check back later!

Sometimes the Sandia Mountain Information Station trainees have interesting and unusual questions. In a discussion one day about words and phrases that are used to describe extraterrestrials, the phrase "little green men" was brought up. One of the P'nti trainees looked over at us curiously and asked, "You mean...I'm a little green guy?"

Meet Grayson, or as he is known by numerous of his fellows, Grayspeare. Grayson is a cultural liaison at the Sandia Mountain Information Station. One of his favorite literary icons is none other than Earth's own Williams Shakespeare. Don't let this contemplative look fool you; he is also quite the jokester. Like all P'nti he loves to laugh and have fun. You might well imagine that here in his portrait he is pondering the eternal question, "To prank, or not to prank. That is the question."

When most people think of Bigfoot or Sasquatch, they picture full grown adult males. They often do not stop to consider the gals, nor the children. This portrait is of the close up of a young Sasquatch boy (on a windy day) who's image was captured as he was investigating the the lens of a trail cam.
