Description: Inspired by Japanese folklore, this artwork depicts Biwa-bokuboku, a spirit born from an old biwa instrument after years of neglect. Part of the tsukumogami tradition, these objects gain a soul over time, transforming into supernatural beings tied to memory, emotion, and the past. In this interpretation, the yokai is portrayed as a mysterious figure playing the instrument it was once bound to. Perfect for fans of yokai, Japanese mythology, and folklore-inspired art.
