Description: The Ozark Music Festival was held July 19–21, 1974 on the Missouri State Fairgrounds in Sedalia, Missouri. Today.com estimates that the crowd count reached 160,000 people. The festival was marked by mismanagement as the facilities were not equipped for the number of attendees.

These cars sold like crazy during its 1974-1978 run, though rust killed most B210s quickly in the corrosion-prone regions of the America. The top level GX models were largely appearance and convenience packages, though were presented as being higher performance in many of the ads of the era.

The show focused on tough Det. Sgt. Dave Starsky and educated Det. Sgt. Ken “Hutch” Hutchinson are plainclothes cops taking on dope dealers, muggers, and other thugs. Aided by their souped-up red-and-white 1974 Gran Torino and informant, Huggy Bear, both bachelors’ private lives played as interweaving threads in the drama.

Description: Warehouse Economy Outlet, (W.E.O), Where Economy Originates, was a discount, warehouse-style supermarket concept that was developed in the 1970s by A&P, and is credited with being an industry first. The original W.E.O. opened in Pennsauken, New Jersey in 1971, and quickly became a successful venture. W.E.O. featured grocery items in their original wholesale bulk packaging at reduced prices. In 1972, A&P expanded this format to 1,500 existing A&P stores; however, the expansion failed as older stores built prior to the '50s were not large enough to stock bulk packaged goods. The tagline used in ads and worn by employees was "I won't stop trying till you say Weeeeeo!" but by 1975, A&P abandoned the concept, so I guess they did kinda stop.

For the 1971 and 1972 seasons, it was a part of an ABC Friday prime-time lineup that also included The Brady Bunch, The Partridge Family, Room 222 and The Odd Couple.

Description: Don Kirshner's Rock Concert was an American television music variety show that ran during the 1970s and early '80s, created and produced by Don Kirshner and syndicated to television stations. It premiered on September 27, 1973, and its last episode was in 1981. Kirshner had been executive producer and creative consultant on the 'In Concert' series which debuted with two shows in November and December 1972, in the 11:30 p.m. time slot, and became a bi-weekly series in January 1973. In September 1973, Kirshner left In Concert to launch his own syndicated "Don Kirshner's Rock Concert." It premiered on September 27, 1973, and The program featured many of the popular performers of the day during its run and other notable guests.
