Description: Abelardo, from the first difficulties in Paris, was always rebellious. Due to his romantic involvement with Heloísa, Canon Fulberto's niece, he was the victim of castration. After that, Heloise entered a convent and Abelard, a monastery. From that period, they exchanged letters regularly. From the relationship between the two, a son, Astrolabe (1116 - 1171) was born.
