Description: This is a recreation of the image that adorned the back alley wall at Liberty Lunch, where the groups loaded in and out at the Lunch. The loading dock enabled the road crews to unload the band's instruments and equipment cases, and gave them direct access to the stage at the legendary venue where for much of the 1980s and 90s, some of the very best rocked the Austin music scene.
Description: The Austin Ice Bats played from 1996 to 2008 in the Western Professional Hockey League (WPHL) and the Central Hockey League (CHL) at Luedecke Arena and Chapparal Ice. The Ice Bats faced off against the Waco Wizards, Corpus Christi Ice Rays, Central Texas Stampede, Fort Worth Brahmas, Shreveport Mudbugs, Lake Charles Ice Pirates, Monroe Moccasins, Arkansas GlacierCats, Alexandria Warthogs, Tupelo T-Rex, Abilene Aviators, San Angelo Outlaws, El Paso Buzzards, Odessa Jackalopes, Amarillo Rattlers, New Mexico Scorpions, Youngstown SteelHounds, Mississippi RiverKings, Colorado Eagles, Rocky Mountain Rage, Oklahoma City Blazers, Tulsa Oilers, Wichita Thunder, Laredo Bucks, Rio Grande Valley Killer Bees, Arizona Sundogs and more.
