Barren Tree Tapestries

Description: Barren Tree

Description: woodcut by Julie de Graag, 1919

Description: A post-apocalyptic scene with a barren, skeletal tree on the left and silhouetted figures amidst destroyed buildings and debris on the right. A large, orange sun with clouds is in the background. The text "Welcome to the Wasteland" is prominently displayed at the bottom.

Description: A split design contrasts a lush, vibrant garden with blooming flowers and green foliage under a smiling sun, against a desolate, dry landscape with a barren tree under a crescent moon and cloudy sky. The ground in the dry area is cracked.
