Chort Tapestries

Description: Something made me do it. In Ukrainian folklore, the Chort is a horned supernatural trickster known for mischief, temptation, and causing trouble wherever he appears. This vintage folk-horror design imagines a sly Chort leaning over a village fence, wearing the unmistakable expression of someone who knows exactly what happened—but certainly isn’t taking responsibility. A broken pot nearby suggests his latest bit of chaos. Inspired by Ukrainian folklore, Slavic mythology, mischievous spirits, old village legends, and traditional folk art, this design blends dark folklore with a playful sense of humor. Whatever happened, he’s probably got an explanation.

Description: Design inspired by Chort, the memorable level 100 boss from The Clyteum in Final Fantasy XIV: Dawntrail. The artwork captures this distinctive FFXIV creature and its fan favorite ability to curl up and roll into a ball, presented with a bold metal music inspired aesthetic. Perfect for FFXIV and FF14 fans, Dawntrail players, and gamers who enjoy iconic MMORPG bosses, fantasy monsters, heavy metal style artwork, memorable video game creatures, and Final Fantasy XIV designs.
