Covered Bridges Tapestries
Description: From my original 2015 gouache on illustration board painting titled, Beeson Bridge. This covered bridge is located in Billie Creek Village near Rockville in Parke County, Indiana. Parke County is known as the Covered Bridge Capital of the World. It is said the county has more covered bridges than any other county in the United States.
Description: Widely considered one of the most scenic races in New England, the Covered Bridges Half Marathon (CBHM) is a point-to-point road race through the countryside of Vermont. The 34th annual race is scheduled for Sunday, June 7, 2026. Known for its community spirit and beautiful views, the course features several historic covered bridges, including one that runners pass directly through.
