Don Van Vliet Tapestries

Description: Where desert blues enters the machine and normal frequency disappears. Desert Frequency Control Unit channels Captain Beefheart & His Magic Band through an impossible anatomical broadcast system packed with fish bones, tape reels, harmonica circuitry, saxophone machinery, wandering eyeballs, cactus transmitters, and surreal desert signals. A weathered underground-print aesthetic turns the whole composition into a strange musical experiment somewhere between blues laboratory, desert hallucination, and late-sixties avant-garde artifact. Built for listeners who know that the dial should never stop at normal.
