I made the decision not to keep the 2 rows that they are using in Ultra SF2 to make a better use of the space available. Evil Ryu and Violent Ken are palette swaps of Ryu and Ken as they are in the game. Individual character portraits or unique combinations of existing portraits can be made available on request.
