Halloween Undead Tapestries
Description: Creepshow is a 1982 anthology film in which five tales of terror from the 1950s comic book series of the same name are presented. The first deals with a demented old man returning from the grave to get the Father’s Day cake his murdering daughter never gave him. The second is about a not-too-bright farmer discovering a meteor that turns everything into plant life. The third is about a vengeful husband burying his wife and her lover up to their necks on the beach. The fourth is about a creature that resides in a crate under the steps of a college. The final story is about an ultrarich businessman who gets his comeuppance from cockroaches.
Description: In the dark and stormy world of "Frankenstein", a brilliant but misguided young scientist, Victor Frankenstein, unlocks the secrets of life itself and creates a monstrous being from discarded body parts. With a mind of its own and a thirst for knowledge, the creature embarks on a journey of self-discovery, ultimately leading to a tragic showdown between its creator and its own existence in a world that rejects it.
Description: The Special Tactics and Rescue Service (S.T.A.R.S.) was an elite special forces division under the jurisdiction of the Raccoon Police Department, though privately funded and able to operate independently. It employed ex-military personnel and academic experts for appropriate positions within the police department. The overall idea was to form a team combining tactically-sound soldiers with scientists, allowing the team to operate in both anti-terrorism and increasingly-potent urban crime scenarios, as well as dealing with other emergencies, including those of virus outbreaks and pandemics.
