Impostor Syndrome Tapestries

Description: This is a digitized version of a sketch in one of my new sketchbooks that I have started. In this sketchbook I am following themes in daily life that are very relatable, and designing them to be pleasing to look at despite their unsettling undertones. Everything is hand drawn and hand lettered

Description: A black background with white text arranged in three lines. The top line reads '*real*' in bold. The middle line states 'have'. The bottom line displays 'impostor syndrome,'. The text is sans-serif and all caps where applicable.

Description: if youve never had it, how do you know you don’t suck? Dunning Kruger and all.

Description: A minimalist, text-based composition on a black background. The text is white and stacked vertically, featuring the phrase "*real* software engineers have impostor syndrome" in a sans-serif font. The asterisks bracket the word "real".

Description: A stark black background with white, bold, sans-serif text arranged in four lines. The first line reads "*real* software", the second "engineers have", the third "impostor", and the fourth "syndrome". The text is centrally aligned and takes up most of the horizontal space.

Description: Maya Angelou portrait and quote: The real difficulty is to overcome how you think about yourself.

Description: Two armored knights pointing at each other like they've both been caught faking it. "Pretended. Gotta Pretend." A deadpan medieval take on the internet's favorite meme energy for anyone who's just out here winging it and hoping nobody notices.

Description: Same two knights, same energy now in cream and red on black. "Pretended. Gotta Pretend." A darker, moodier spin on the medieval meme pointing format. For anyone faking it till they make it, dressed in full armor.

Description: Forget “fake it till you make it.” Some of us are just faking it indefinitely. An anti-motivational twist on the classic success mantra for chronic impostors, underachievers, and professional wing-itters.

Description: A smiley-faced figure sitting at a desk using a laptop computer and saying "I am almost certainly doing this wrong." Illustrated in a simple, minimalist style.
