Alaska - Land of the Midnight Sun

Svalbard is a Norwegian archipelago between mainland Norway and the North Pole. One of the world’s northernmost inhabited areas, it's known for its rugged, remote terrain of glaciers and frozen tundra sheltering polar bears, Svalbard reindeer and Arctic foxes. The Northern Lights are visible during winter, and summer brings the “midnight sun”—sunlight 24 hours a day. This tourist style design is a tongue in cheek vision of what happens when polar bear poachers get what's coming to them along with the text "Visit High Arctic Svalbard" in Norwegian, so whether you're into wildlife violently rising up or just souvenirs from far away lands, this one is for you!

The rapids of the Abiskoeatnu River in Sweden's Abisko National Park rushing towards the light of the midnight sun. While the sun was up at midnight, this evening in July was actually the first day the sun dropped below the horizon at Abisko for more than 50 days. A recent trip to Dog Rocks, near Geelong turned out to be a trip well made. This cinematic tree is the feature of the trip out there. I captured quite a few shots of this tree from as many angles and directions as I could find. More pieces may come from this shoot.. HELSINKI... In winter, the atmosphere around Helsinki is just as magical as in summer. The long Nordic days of summer become very short, as the sun rises above the horizon only for a few hours each day. The sew freezes over and this opens up many unique opportunities. You can walk on "water", cut holes in the ICE and FISH. After a very hot finnish sauna, you can swim in the sea where the ice has been cut to form a "swimming pool". The 2 metres of snow are a novelty for many of us and we look in amazement at normal life that carries on in the cold and dark. Transport works efficiently and cars plug into special heating points around the city to stop them freezing. The problems come when the thaw starts and the white snow in no mo...

Introducing our enchanting Swedish troll design, inspired by the mystical creatures found in the folklore of northern Europe. These trolls are known for their immense strength and magical powers, as well as their often-mischievous nature. Our design features a majestic Swedish troll standing amidst a forest, with its eyes locked onto something in the distance. The troll is depicted with a rugged, earthy texture that gives it an ancient, mythical feel.
