Repeal the National Firearms Act. The most common injury by guns is permanent hearing damage to the user and those around, while the Hearing Protection Act is a good start, it doesn't go far enough to protect gun owners.

Machine guns, short barrelled rifles, suppressors, even destructive devices - all "just" a year wait and $200 extortion - *ahem* - tax stamp away.
