North Cape Tapestries
Description: North Cape (Nordkapp) is a cape on the northern coast of the island of Magerøya in Northern Norway. The North Cape was named by the Englishman Steven Borough, captain of the Edward Bonaventure, which sailed past in 1553 in search of the Northeast Passage. This picture was created for lovers of travel and tourist tours. Or just for those who are interested in the sea and geography.
Description: Measuring just fifty yards wide in some points, this fragile island was proclaimed America’s first National Seashore Park in the mid sixties. The jetties at the lighthouse were built just a few years later and are largely responsible for creating the icon’s resilient sandbars and reeling left-hander. Quickly gaining notoriety for its top level surf, the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse began hosting ESA’s in 1971 and even hosted the US Surfing Championships in 1974 as well as in 1978 and 1982.

Description: Founded in 1987 on North Carolina's Cape Fear, Teach's Tavern was a pirate-themed bar that played up the owner's (alleged) lineage shared with Edward Teach, better known as Blackbeard, the English pirate who operated around the West Indies and the eastern coast of Britain's North American colonies. The legend of Blackbeard and all pirate kitsch aside, Teach's Tavern was actually a pretty great spot that became known not only for the sunsets from their beachfront patio, but their surprisingly good tavern food which was all made from scratch in their on-site kitchen. Of course, there was no shortage of beers on tap and top-shelf cocktails, but a good number of their regulars were there for the PBR in cans and well drink specials.
