Description: TARS is one of four former U.S. Marine Corps tactical robots along with PLEX, CASE and KIPP featured in the Interstellar universe. He is one of the crew members of Endurance along with Cooper, Brand, Doyle, Romilly, and CASE. TARS' personality can be characterized as witty, sarcastic, and humorous, traits programmed into him to make him a better suited companion. TARS also appears to be somewhat more versatile than CASE, being suited for tasks ranging from piloting to data collection.
Description: Cheesy Poofs are a fictional brand of cheese-flavored snacks and were first mentioned in the Season One pilot episode, "Cartman Gets an Anal Probe", when Eric Cartman ate them while watching television. They were also the first words in English that Starvin' Marvin learns in the ninth episode of the season. Cartman auditioned for the chance to sing the Cheesy Poofs Theme Song in a Cheesy Poofs advertisement in the Season Two episode, "Roger Ebert Should Lay off the Fatty Foods" but his lines were cut leaving only the last word of the song saying "Lame".
Description: Bob Loblaw advertises his services with the slogan "You don't need double talk; you need Bob Loblaw". As is evidenced by this, his name is meant to sound like "blah-blah-blah". Underneath his commercial advertisement is the phrase "Bob Loblaw No Habla Espanol". Adding to the tongue twister-like aspect of the character's name, Bob appears in newspaper articles with headline reading "Bob Loblaw Lobs Law Bomb" ("S.O.B.s") and is known to write on the "Bob Loblaw Law Blog"

Description: The Fringe Division is part of a multi-agency task force under the umbrella of the Department of Homeland Security, headquartered in the Boston Federal Building in Boston. The Division, staffed by at least two dozen, mostly FBI agents, is led by Colonel Phillip Broyles. It is tasked with the mission of investigating a growing number of science-related crimes and the identification, investigation, and research of the bizarre scientific phenomena collectively known as the Pattern through the application of fringe science. It is unclear whether "Fringe Division" is the unit's official designation or just a widely-used nickname. The Science Team is attached to this Division.

Meanwhile, everyone in Springfield is excited for Whacking Day, but as the holiday approaches, Lisa condemns it as violent. Whacking Day is a decades-long tradition which calls for the townspeople to beat snakes to death with sticks. Lisa plans to save the snakes with the help of Whacking Day's honorary MC, Barry White, who uses his sonorous bass vocal style to lure the snakes to safety, where no one can whack them.
