For as long as I've known, I've enjoyed eating eggs. It wasn't until later in life that I started eating eggs over easy, soft and medium boiled, and cooking nicer and smoother scrambled eggs. For too long, I was only exposed to overcooked and rubbery eggs. Little did I know... My favourite still, though, is the classic Asian comfort food combination of spam and eggs.
