Description: Made this collage because I loved the way the original subjects are posing and looking at the viewer from above. Filled it out with images that interested me from individual pages in magazines. Dream until its your reality - for me, that's making a living off my art and financial independence.
Description: An analog collage exploring gender & fluidity - a man's face on a woman's body with clothing that is non gender specific. Basically, the way everything fits with each other, it's a reminder that a lot of the social constructs we believe to be rigid, are not and never have been. Blue was for girls & pink was for boys pre-1940s, men wore heels historically and skirts, so why hold onto rigid boxes of self and other identification when to let it all go frees us all to be ourselves?
