Description: As a dance fitness instructor, I know that dancing is a fun way to incorporate cardio into your workout. Every dance class has a wide array of ages and levels, so I start by thanking them for their presence. This dance shirt serves as a subtle reminder to my dance students that they set the tone for the class. There's no need to compare yourself to me or anyone else in the class because it truly is not a race, and I want you to dance at your pace.
