Description: Roush Fenway Racing, originally Roush Racing, is an American professional stock car organization that currently competes in the NASCAR Cup Series. One of NASCAR's largest racing teams in the 2000s and early 2010s, Roush formerly ran teams in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, Camping World Truck Series, ARCA Racing Series, Trans-Am Series and IMSA Camel GT. The team currently fields the No. 6 Ford Mustang GT full-time for Ryan Newman and the No. 17 Mustang full-time for Chris Buescher.
Description: When you think of Sonoma, California, road racing is probably one of the last things on the list, but that all changed in when two friends conceived the idea of a racetrack while on a hunting trip in the southern Sonoma Mountains in 1967. Located at Sears Point in Sonoma County, California, the original 2.520 mile road racing course was constructed on 720 acres and opened on December 1, 1968, with the hosting SCCA Enduro. Featuring 12 turns on a hilly course with 160 ft. of total elevation change, the track is still considered one of America's greatest road racing tracks. The track was renamed Golden State International Raceway, and saw a couple more name changes decades later, but is still in operation today as the Sonoma Raceway.

Description: The American Road Race of Champions showdown at Road Atlanta in 1970 was without a doubt the most competitive grid ever seen in an SCCA national competition. The Datsun 240Z has just arrived in America and despite its sporty appearance, it was considered a non-starter as far as competition goes for a number of reasons. Of course, people make assumptions all the time, and more often than not, they're wrong, and that was certainly the case with the race-prepped BRE 240Z as it went on to rule the circuit and take the ARRC championship title in the end.
