Verdin Snagging Insects From the Agarita by Debra Martz Many songbirds enjoy the fruits of the Agarita plant and/or the insects which the plant attracts as well and we were fortunate enough to have one in our campsite. I was able to watch this Verdin come and go from the comfort of my lawn chair at South Llano River State Park...a park located near Junction, Texas in the Hill Country.
