Shaldon is a village in South Devon, England. It is located on the south bank of the estuary of the River Teign, opposite the town of Teignmouth. The village is a popular bathing place and is characterised by Georgian architecture.

This imposing English Heritage building on the seafront of Teignmouth in Devon, UK, was built in 1826 and used as assembly and reading rooms for the gentry. Later it was turned into a cinema complex - and recently 5 big luxury holiday appartments were added on the top.
