The Incredible Tapestries
Description: The Incredible Melting Man is a 1977 American science fiction body horror film directed and written by William Sachs. The plot concerns an astronaut whose body begins to melt after he is exposed to radiation during a space flight to Saturn, driving him to commit murders and consume human flesh to survive. The screenplay was originally intended as a parody of horror films, but producers had comedic scenes edited out during production and new horror scenes added, thinking that a straight horror film would be more financially successful. Despite receiving largely negative reviews, the film was commercially successful, and it is believed that the shift in direction mid-production caused the end product to suffer.

Description: Going to the gym involves lifting weights and wondering why you paid money to suffer voluntarily. Everything was going great, until gravity decided to become a personal trainer. One tiny mistake, one airborne dumbbell, and suddenly my face is getting a surprise makeover with absolutely no consultation. The result? A brand-new pancake profile, a nose that needs directions to find its old location, and a mirror that has clearly seen too much. Friends may ask if I am okay, but honestly, this is bigger than that—I’ve discovered a very interesting new fitness goal: losing facial depth. Forget before-and-after photos. This is more of a before-and-flatter situation. This is like a cartoon TV programme, but the cartoon character is smarter than me!
I was lifting weights the other day. But the dumbbell fell on my face, squashed it, and now it's completely flat. It was an incredible experience! Tapestry
