The Spot Tapestries
Description: Mr. Bill is a clay figurine clown star of a parody of children's clay animation shows, created by Walter Williams. “The Mr. Bill Show” got its start on Saturday Night Live as a series Super 8 film sent in response to the show's request for home movies during the first season. Mr. Bill's first appearance occurred on the February 28, 1976, episode. After five submitted films, Williams became a full-time writer for the show in 1978, and would ultimately write more than 20 sketches based on Mr. Bill. Each Mr. Bill episode would start innocently enough but would quickly turn dangerous for Mr. Bill. Along with his dog, Spot, he would suffer various indignities inflicted by "Mr. Hands".

Description: Some people have a simple strategy for locating their vehicle in a crowded parking lot: make enough noise and hope it answers back. Instead of carefully studying rows, remembering landmarks, or wandering around with growing confusion, they turn to the one feature guaranteed to get attention. A few button presses can transform a peaceful parking area into a very brief search-and-rescue operation. Suddenly, every distant honk becomes a potential clue, and the search turns into a strange game of auditory hide-and-seek. It’s especially effective when you have absolutely no idea where you parked but remain confident that your vehicle is somewhere nearby. The best part is the moment you finally hear the familiar sound and spot it in the distance.

Description: Athletic glory requires grueling years of sweat, sacrifice, and discipline, but vehicle navigation offers glory without cardio. You enter a crowded retail parking expanse on a bustling Saturday afternoon, circling aisles like a patient hawk among dozens of competing sedans. Suddenly, reverse lights flash on a vehicle parked directly beside the main sliding doors. You signal instantly, claim the tarmac space with authority, and glide into the spot with majestic ease. Stepping out of your automobile, you experience a wave of unearned athletic triumph, feeling as though a non-existent stadium is cheering your driving prowess. This mocks the emotion, showing how winning a prime front patch of asphalt feels like standing on the winner's podium.
