Verdigris Tapestries
Description: A Ukrainian Tryzub forged from aged copper and marked by time. Hammered metal, exposed rivets, worn edges, and layers of blue-green verdigris give the emblem the appearance of an artifact that has endured years of weather without losing its form. The contrast between warm copper and natural oxidation creates a rugged, almost archaeological interpretation of Ukraine’s Tryzub—aged, imperfect, and still standing. Weathered. Changed. Unbroken.
Description: A Ukrainian Tryzub assembled from weathered copper, scarred by age and held together by determination. Layers of blue-green verdigris cover fractured metal plates, while rough copper wire binds the structure together. Nothing about it is polished or untouched—the cracks, corrosion, repairs, and irregular edges are the point. This interpretation of Ukraine’s Tryzub is about endurance without pretending endurance leaves things unchanged. Worn by time. Bound together. Still standing.
