Roe deer stag - animal ink illustration Tapestry

Black and white animal ink illustration of a roe deer stag, or buck. Drawn using one of my own photographs as reference, I used black marker pens using a stippling or dotting technique to build details. Roe deer are a small and dainty deer native to the UK, with a distinctive white rump and black and white markings on their face. Males have small pointed antlers.
