To Remind Me. To Hold Me to the Mark. Tapestry

This was a great scene in Season 9 of Doctor Who when we finally learned why the Doctor has the face of a person he saved long ago. (Peter Capaldi first appeared in Doctor Who in Season 4 during the Fires of Pompeii.) Later in that episode, the Doctor says something that I found particularly apt: "But you see, that's the trouble with viewing reality through technology - it's all too easy to feed in a new reality." I've watched 'The Girl Who Died' a half dozen times in the week after it aired, which isn't unusual for me after every new episode.
