Ernst Toller Tapestry

Ernst Toller was the president of a short-lived state called the Bavarian Soviet Republic. His presidency lasted for only six days. During his five years in Prison, Toller started writing theater plays and became a highly recognized expressionist playwright. Some of his titles are Transformation and Hoppla - We are Alive.
