Bengal cats were originally bred from the Bengal Forest Cat and a Tabby cat. There are various spotted strains, marbled patterns and a range of colours. They are very beautiful, intelligent and playful. They can easily become a one-person cat, but will be OK with others in the household. Kumari is quite the most remarkable domestic cat I have known and as an 11 year old she still likes to play quite frequently. As a kitten she was amazingly adventurous and fleet-footed.
