The song "SELAH" is about taking a moment throughout your day to stop, place all distractions aside (the busyness of life, whatever is consuming your mind) and ultimately experience true peace and freedom by releasing all your worries to Jesus! Psalm 55:22 says "Cast your cares, burdens, anxieties and worries on the Lord, for He will sustain you and take care of you."
