Description: Unconstitutional — The Executive Branch Cannot Disregard Laws It Dislikes UNCONSTITUTIONAL. Bold. Unapologetic. This powerful typography tee delivers a constitutional civics lesson front and center: the Executive Branch of the Federal Government cannot disregard laws it dislikes. Rooted in the doctrine of separation of powers and checks and balances, this design speaks directly to anyone who believes no one — not even the President — is above the law. Perfect for activists, lawyers, law students, educators, and every American who believes in constitutional democracy, civil liberties, and the rule of law. Make your position known.
Description: Crystal Eastman, feminist, lawyer and one of the founders of the ACLU gave a speech in 1920, after the ratification of the 19th amendment, titled "Now We Can Begin." It is a wonderful, compelling and still thought provoking speech. Read it. Then begin your work to make the world a more equitable place. See my other feminist and LGBTQ designs.
