It was first published on 14 October 1892; the individual stories had been serialized in The Strand Magazine between July 1891 and June 1892. Description: Ever wonder how the key ingredients of the Italian tomato Sunday sauce simmering in Nonna's kitchen blended together? The garlic takes a basil parachute and leaps into that bubbling red sauce and they all simmer together for hours as they reduce and thicken in the pot to delight your tastebuds on a nice helping of spaghetti and meatballs, chicken or eggplant parmigiana or perhaps another classic? Makes a delightful gift for a cook, a chef or a foodie that adores the aroma of this classic dish. Instagram@ Artbydebcamp Facebook@ Art by Deborah Camp
Description: Conan Doyle repeatedly said that Holmes was inspired by the real-life figure of Joseph Bell, a surgeon at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh, whom Conan Doyle met in 1877 and had worked for as a clerk. Like Holmes, Bell was noted for drawing broad conclusions from minute observations.
