Description: The Pearl Brewing Company (also known as the Pearl Brewery or just Pearl) was an American brewery, established in 1883 in Downtown San Antonio, Texas, USA. In 1985, Pearl's parent company purchased the Pabst Brewing Company and assumed the Pabst name. In 1999, the Pabst Brewing Company began transferring its production to Miller Brewing, on a contract basis, and closing all of its breweries. Pearl beer is still in production at Miller's Fort Worth, Texas, facility, but the Pearl Brewery in San Antonio was closed in 2001. Since then, the former brewery was purchased by Silver Ventures, Inc., which has made the property the crown jewel in revitalization efforts of southern Midtown and northern Downtown San Antonio.

Description: The Olympia Brewing Company was a brewery in the northwest United States, located in Tumwater, Washington, near Olympia. Founded in 1896 by Leopold Friederich Schmidt, it was bought by G. Heileman Brewing Company in 1983. Through a series of consolidations, it was acquired by Pabst Brewing Company in 1999; the Tumwater brewery was closed in 2003.

Description: The Dixie Brewing Company is a regional brewery founded in New Orleans, Louisiana on October 31, 1907. The brewing operation was located on Tulane Avenue until 2005 when it closed due to Hurricane Katrina. Beer was contract brewed out-of-state until November 2019 when a new brewery opened in New Orleans. Dixie Brewing was founded by Valentine Merz, and began production in 1907. Description: The Augustiner Brewery was first mentioned by name in 1328, established within an Augustianian Monastery which had been settled just outside the Munich city walls in an area called Haberfeld (or Haferfeld – "oat field") in 1294. The Monastery complex was the largest sacred building in Munich until the completion of the Frauenkirche cathedral in 1494. The Augustinian monks supplied beer to the Bavarian Royal Wittelsbach family until 1589, at which time the Hofbräu brewery was founded.
Description: The Valentin Blatz Brewing Company was an American brewery based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. It produced Blatz Beer from 1851 until 1959, when the label was sold to Pabst Brewing Company. Blatz beer is currently produced by the Miller Brewing Company of Milwaukee, under contract for Pabst Brewing Company. Johann Braun opened City Brewery in 1846. Valentin Blatz established a brewery next door in 1850 and merged both breweries upon Braun's death in 1852. In that year, Valentin's little brewery produced 350 barrels of lager. That beer was for local consumption only, due to short shelf-life. In 1868 Blatz's brewery produced 16,000 barrels.
Description: Emil Kliese was a 35-year-old, German-born brewmaster who had emigrated in 1883, and by 1890 was working at a brewery in St. Louis. In the mid-1890's, Kliese made his way west, securing a position with Capital Brewing Co. in Tumwater, Washington, and by 1899, he was their head brewmaster. An opportunity arose when some investors in Tacoma wanted to open a brewery and required an expert brewmaster. Kliese wanted to run his own brewery. So he, along with, William C. Kiltz, filled for articles of incorporation in February 1900 to brew and sell at wholesale and retail beer and other malt beverages at as the Columbia Brewing Company. The brewery was located at 2120 on South C Street in Tacoma in a five-story building built over an artesian well.

Description: Jackson Brewing Company was a regional brewery operating in New Orleans, from 1890 to 1974. The brewery was founded by Lawrence Fabacher in 1890 as Jackson Bohemian Brewery; its name was later changed to Jax Beer, and finally Jackson Brewing Company, after Andrew Jackson and Jackson Square. It soon grew to be a prominent regional brewery, and at its height, it was the largest brewery in the south, and was one of two New Orleans breweries to survive Prohibition. Its French Quarter brewery remains a landmark in New Orleans, as after brewing operations ceased, the facility was turned into a mixed use space containing residences, shops, and restaurants.
Description: Ballantine and Sons Brewing Company was an American brewery founded in 1840, making Ballantine one of the oldest brands of beer in the United States. At its peak, it was the 3rd largest brewer in the US. The brand is currently owned and operated by Pabst Brewing Company. Throughout history it is best known for its Ballantine XXX Ale; however, in August 2014 Ballantine IPA relaunched and has been received with mixed reviews. Ballantine is Pabst's foray into the craft beer market.

All of the brewery's draft beers are brewed at the Funenkade , next to Molen de Gooyer . The brewery's first tasting room is also located at this location . The second brewery at the Zeeburgerpad brews bottled and keg beers. The total capacity of the two locations is approximately 22,000 hl per year. A second tasting room has been located in the Vondelpark since 2019: Proeflokaal 't Blauwe Theehuis.
