Classic rallying, or historic rallying, is a type of road rally suitable for most standard classic cars, with no special equipment needed. These rallies are more about enjoyment than speed, and can be a good introduction to historic motorsport.

A Volvo 850 T5-R and a single line. Sweden. Home to Koenigsegg and IKEA. Also home to a manufacturer who produce some of the safest road cars in the world – Volvo. The 850 became a cult classic in the mid 1990's in part due to Volvo participating in the British Touring Car Championship with the estate version. A simple design but one that took a while to get the desired result. It is also more difficult than you might expect to try and get the whole car plus various details without removing pen from tablet. Called Baby Bertha and designed by Bill Blydenstein and Frank Costin, it was based on a steel frame wrapped in a fiberglass body while the propulsion system was represented by a V8 5.0 of 476 hp with 515 Nm of torque managed by a Borg Warner T10S four-speed manual transmission.
