Description: Hanzo “半蔵”, Hattori Hanzo “服部半蔵”, also known as Hattori Masanari or Hattori Masashige, Hanzo was a famous samurai of the Sengoku era, credited with saving the life of Tokugawa Ieyasu and then helping him to become the ruler of united Japan. Due to the amount of Iga ninja under his lead, Hanzo has been regarded as one of the most representative figures of the ninja by later generation and pop culture. Shadow of Iga “伊賀の影”, was refers to his position as the leader of Iga ninja. In the background is kamon of Hattori clan “Kuruma ni Yahazu”.
Description: 本多平八郎忠勝: Honda Heihachiro Tadakatsu, or Honda Tadakatsu, 東國無雙: The Unmatched Warrior of the East, 無傷闘神: Warrior of Zero Injury, In the background is the kamon of Honda, Honda tachi aoi (本多立ち葵) or "Honda standing wild ginger", follow by the weapon Tonbokiri (蜻蛉切), and his falg Hon-monji (本文字) or "Letter Hon".
Description: 神風 “Kamikaze” meaning “Divine Wind”, originally referring to the storms that bring down the Mongolian fleets in their invasion to Japan. The name “Kamikaze” was later used during World War II as nationalist propaganda for suicide attacks by Japanese pilots. The metaphor meant that the pilots were to be the “Divine Wind” that would again sweep the enemy from the seas. This use of kamikaze has come to be the common meaning of the word in English.
