Description: Pathé Records was an international record company and label and producer of phonographs, based in France, and active from the 1890s through the 1930s. The Pathé record business was founded by brothers Charles and Émile Pathé, then owners of a successful bistro in Paris. In the mid-1890s, they began selling Edison and Columbia phonographs and accompanying cylinder records. Shortly thereafter, the brothers designed and sold their own phonographs. These incorporated elements of other brands.
Description: The HQ model replaced the HG Holden. It was the first ground-up redesign of the Holden line since its original release in 1948, and included an all-new body, chassis, and suspension. Body and trim variants were: four-door sedan, four door station wagon, Monaro two-door coupe, utility, panel van, "One-Tonner" cab-chassis pickup, and Statesman (finally with extended wheelbase comfort). Description: The Alba was a French car made by Constructions Métallurgiques, Usines Alba, Suresnes, Seine between 1913 and 1928. The car was offered with a choice of 4-cylinder engines, including a side-valve 8 horsepower (6.0 kW) of 1172 cc made by S.C.A.P., a 1476 cc overhead-valve by S.C.A.P., and a 1994 cc Altos with either side valves or overhead valves. The Alba was driven through a 4-speed gearbox. The chassis used semi-elliptic springs. Albas were also fitted with front-wheel brakes, an advanced feature on a light car of the time. In 1921 a smaller 1243 cc model, the Bobby Alba, was offered with 3-speed gearbox.
