What Life With A Chronic Illness Is Like: Ran Out Of Spoons is about Spoon Theory, a metaphor for how much energy (spoons) a person has available each day, and how spoonies have a limited number, forcing them to carefully plan each day to not run out of spoons.

Mental health awareness is very much important as your mental health matters. Trash all negative vibes, phobia, hatred, sorrow, anxiety, depression, and bring your mental happiness. Remember, self-love is the best love.
