Description: Los Saicos is a rock band from Lima, Peru, who was active in the mid 1960s and was widely known as the pioneer of punk music before the term became popular. With a wild, distorted sound, and anarchist lyrics like in the song "Demolición," they are recognized as one of the earliest proto-punk groups in the world.
