Mobile task force Delta-25 are units dispatched for the acquisition of anomalies located within areas of an arctic climate with extremely low temperature values (specifically below 5° C) average. Delta-25 Units of this squad are to be capable of sustaining standard arctic conditions. Delta-25 is currently seperated into two major zones: Light-Duty Acquisition Zone [LDAZ], and Heavy-Duty Acquisition Zone [HDAZ]. It has been proposed to add an additional three more zones to the already existing two, though the concept has yet to be approved by the Ethics Committee.

Delta is where we call home. We are fortunate to live on Coast Salish land where the Coast Salish people have looked after this land for hundreds of years

It is transitory and new channels are constantly forming while others become blocked. Image taken on 9th April 1976.

Much of the land in the image has been built up by sediments deposited by the river. The latest phase of delta formation can be seen at bottom right, and swirling patterns in the water and varying colours show the formation of sand banks and the presence of turbulent sediments. It is a member of the sunfish family and is native to the Sacramento–San Joaquin River Delta, Pajaro, and Salinas River areas in California.
