The Fondor Shipyards, also known as the Starshipyards of Fondor, were huge starship construction facilities orbiting the planet Fondor, in the Fondor system. Numerous capital ships and freighters were in construction here almost all the time. Presumably because of the shipyard's strategic importance, the shipyards were also guarded by a complement of Imperial Storm commandos as well as several Imperial escort carriers. he shipyards had a varying layout. There were various space stations and construction devices in the area. In addition, for the more secretive projects at the shipyards, a giant shield was enveloped requiring at least 18 shield stations to maintain, and the destruction or otherwise disabling of one would result in the shield.

The Old Jewish Cemetery lies in the Josefov, the Jewish Quarter of Prague in the Czech Republic. It was in use from the early 15th century until 1787. Its ancestor was a cemetery called "The Jewish Garden", which was found in archaeological excavations under the Vladislavova street, New Town. The numbers of grave stones and numbers of people buried there are uncertain, because there are layers of tombs. However, it has been estimated that there are approximately 12,000 tombstones presently visible, and there may be as many as 100,000 burials in all. Walking among these old tombs near the Pinkas synagogue was a poignant experience on that dark November afternoon. (Nikon Coolpix P510)

Inspired by the amazing work done by Psygnosis, Sony Liverpool and of course the late Designers Republic on the Wipeout series of games, this is an attempt to take the overtly futuristic aesthetic of the series’ logos and revert them to a more traditional, automotive design language. In other words, it’s as if Wipeout was set in the 50s. Cool huh?

The Pledge of Allegiance is a patriotic expression of oath and loyalty to the Republic of the United States of America. First drafted in 1892, the pledge is daily recited in schools across the nation. This design uses typography to highlight some of the key words and phrases from the pledge and uses the specified blue and red from the Flag of the United States of America. The star spangled banner is placed at the top of the design.
